Q: How much does grooming cost?

A: Services, haircut styles and pets size and coat type vary drastically. Due to this, services are priced per pet. Upon booking you will receive a quote and price will be discussed at the time of your appointment to ensure your pet receives the services they need.

Q: What does a full grooming session include?

A: A full grooming session includes a bath with high-quality products, a haircut or trim tailored to your preferences, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, and a blow-dry. We also check for any skin issues or abnormalities during the process.

Q: My dog is aggressive or anxious during grooming. Can you help?

A: Yes! We specialize in working with behaviorally challenged pets, including anxious or aggressive dogs. We use gentle, behavior-focused grooming techniques to make the process as stress-free as possible.

Q: Do you groom cats as well as dogs?

Q: Can I stay and watch while my pet is being groomed?

A: For safety and to keep pets calm, we recommend that owners not stay in the grooming area during the appointment. Rest assured, we’ll take great care of your pet and update you if needed!

Q: Do you sedate pets for grooming?

A: No, we do not sedate pets. If your pet requires sedation for grooming, please consult with your veterinarian prior to scheduling. We do however allow medicated grooms with a prescription from your veterinarian.
